Expert can do task in a easy and in a shortcut way in which the normal user cannot do it if he/she is not aware of some these expert tricks. These trick will save your precious time and money because (time is money). So, Let's move to the tricks:-

10. Open Task Manager

It's a basic trick that i think everyone is familiar with this, If I ask you to check which task or software are running currently on PC or Laptop you probably will check Task Manager which will show how many task are running currently in your PC and how much memory is currently in use. So, many of you open task manager by right clicking in your task bar but that's an old way, computer experts don't open task manager like this they all know shortcut keys to open or run any software or application and if you want the quickest way to windows task manager here it is:-

CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open task manager.

                                                

9. Delete your TMP Files

Whenever you run a software or task in your PC windows automatically generate TMP files these files automatically deletes itself whenever you close that task but sometimes it doesn't delete itself and can use your disk space. You should delete this TMP files before shutting down your PC it will be very good for your PC. Many users asks that is it safe to delete the TMP files from our system but the answer is Yes you can delete it. Many of you don't know this trick so let's move on

Step1-  Press Windows + R in your keyboard.

Step2- And type top and then click Ok.

Step3- Now select all ( Ctrl+A ) to delete temp files. Delete files with pressing ( Shift + Delete ) in your keyboard.

Step4- Then click Yes!

Your all TMP files has been deleted.

7. Copy or Move Files

You might be familiar with this trick but many of users don't know the shortcut keys to Copy, Move or Delete a particular file. Hence, they are doing with Mouse so this trick is for those users.

To Copy a file - Ctrl+C 

To Paste a file - Ctrl+V

To Move a file - Ctrl+X

To Delete a file permanently - Shift + Delete 

6. Hide you Folder

This trick is very helpful for those who wants to hide the files of their folder this can include their credit, password details. As this trick is very helpful because it hides the the main folder and the files of that folder.

Step1- Just right click on which you want to hide, and then click on properties.

Step2- Now, click on hidden.

Step3- Click on apply and then click on Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files.

Now, if you want to make your folder visible just follow these steps:-

Step1- Go to Control Panel

Step2- Click on Folder Options.

Step3- Now, click on show hidden files folders, files, and drives.

Step4- Click on Apply and Ok to confirm your settings.

5. Know IP Address of any Website

This trick will help you to know the IP address of any website whether it is Google, YouTube, Facebook any website you can take to know the IP address of that particular website. *Remember* This trick will only work with Internet connection, So, it's very necessary to have internet connection for this. We are going to this Technique with Command Prompt. Let's move on to the steps:-

Step1- Just Open Control Panel as I have shown you above how to open control panel.

Step2- Type ping and give space and type the name of that website to know the IP address.

4. Encrypting your Hard Drives

As you know to secure our data we use encryption, When we use Google, YouTube or facebook we enter our information and that information is protected under encryption you can know more here. Now, if you want to encrypt your hard-drive and its data windows uses feature called BitLocker many of you are familiar with BitLocker if you don't you can check out here. Now, windows BitLocker uses AES encryption algorithm in CBC in 128 bit or 256 bit which is almost impossible to decrypt it without user information. Now, not going on further technical details let's move on to the steps:-

Step1- Just right click on your hard-drive and click on Turn on BitLocker.

Step2- Now, click on use a password to unlock the drive and then type your password ( minimum 6 characters). And then click on next to proceed.

Step3- Click on save the recovery key to a file. Whenever you forget your password this recovery key will help you.

Step4- You can save the recovery key in a Notepad format. Then the encryption process will be started ( depends on your hard-drive size).

If encrypting process takes too much time you can shut down your PC, Don't worry shutting down PC doesn't deletes your data and then you can resume after switching on PC.

3. Changing Password

This trick will help you to change your password without entering an old password. This can be done with Command Prompt. Know more about command prompt here.

Step1- Open Command prompt.

Step2- Type net user, this will tell you that how many accounts are there in your PC.

Step3- You can see that how many accounts are there in your PC. To change your account password just type net user account name and then type your new password.

2. Block Websites

This trick is very helpful because many of you don't like the adult websites, insecure websites. So, it's better to block that type of websites on your PC. To block websites in your PC just follow the given steps:-

Step1- Open Run using Win+R in your keyboard or search run in your start button.

Step2- Type %windir%/system32/drivers/etc in run command.

Step3- Double Click on the host.

Step4- Open it with Notepad.

Step5- Now, type 127.0.0.2 and website name and again 127.0.0.3 www.example.com to block that website. Now, Sometimes this trick doesn't work in your PC.

This trick is very important because computer experts know all type of shortcut keys to perform a big task in much less time while these shortcut keys work on every computer but not mac because mac has his own shortcut commands which we will talk about in future.
